South County Regional Library Renovation - Construction Manager at Risk

The renovation will include both interior and exterior improvements to the 32,000 square foot library located at 21100 Three Oaks Pkwy, Estero, FL 33928. Interior renovations will be made to maximize space for both the staff and the public. Mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems will also be renovated and updated due to the current MEP being thirty (30) years old. This project will also include the installation of an automated material handler (AMH) if site and building conditions allow. Exterior renovations will include but are not limited to the entrance area to provide improved traffic flow and accessibility, painting the exterior, and re-roofing the building.
