| Description | The Barrier System shall be Delta Scientific MP5000 or Approved Equal and shall include, at a minimum, the following components: ? A Basic Structure with at least a 20 FT clear opening ? 12V Battery operated hydraulic pump with control station. ? Barrier trailer assembly – including spare tire, utility box and VIN Number. The basic system shall have a quick deployment mobile barrier assembly, a hinged rigid crash plate assembly, and a trailer hitch assembly. Contractor shall provide color patterns for Government selection as well as complete instructions, start up, and trouble-shooting manuals. |
