Description | DCAMM Certification Required. The work is estimated to cost $ (Base Bid= $191,350.00 , Alternate No.1=$ 1,500 , Alternate No.2= $64,776.00) The existing Community Room will be renovated to include: removal of existing and installation of new asphalt shingles, new closed cell foam cavity insulation, new kitchen and bathroom area, new side entry door, new front entry canopy and new concrete landings for both entries, and new windows in existing openings, convert 1/2 of the existing area to a cathedral type ceiling. The Alternate No.1 includes a new opening in and existing wall leading to a new addition including foundations, cathedral ceiling, new 2x6 walls and windows. Renovation of existing community room includes: Removal of interior walls: exterior cedar shakes: windows; doors: asphalt shingles: Plumbing and HVAC equipment: supply and drain lines: expose walls to studs; expose ceiling to joists: remove selected ceiling joists. Furnish and install new; windows; doors: partitions; Accessible Kitchen. Accessible Toilet Room. Utility Room: Plumbing. HVAC and Electrical upgrades: Cathedral ceiling at ½ area of the existing footprint. ALTERNATE NO.1: New wood frame front entry canopy.
