| Description | Purchase order for the procurement of 135-ton HVAC to include removal of old unit, delivery, installation of New, Start-up and Training. A. Provide crane service for removal of old unit and installation of new unit B. Disconnect electrical wiring and duct work from old packaged cooling only AC unit. Demolish and remove existing unit. C. Install new packaged DX 135 nominal ton cooling only AC unit on existing pad. D. Unit to have horizontal supply and return air on same side of building E. Make the necessary reconnections of electrical wiring and duct work F. Start up the new equipment and make sure that the equipment is running properly according to manufacturer recommended requirements. |
