Description

cleaning & disinfecting services for five (5) buildings,approximately 150,000 sq. ft. in total consisting of VCT/Forbo, carpeting and ceramic floors. Services toinclude classrooms, medical area, restrooms, cafeteria, office space, pool & locker rooms and the Independent Living Home which is located on our property. This will be a three (3) year contract that will renew each year at the Owner's sole desecration. All individuals must comply with the Owner's COVID-19 policies and procedures, including evidence of vaccination or proof of negative test results within 48 hours prior. Participants will alsocomplete a daily health questionnaire. If you are unable to meet these requirements you will not be permitted entry. All interested Vendor must pre-register with our Purchasing Manager, Maureen Begina at 516-465-1558 or email mbegina@viscardicenter.org prior to the meeting. Failure to pre-register may disqualify you from bidding The Owner reserves the right to reject any of all bids received and to accept any bid which it deems to be most favorable to the interest of the Owner. No bid shall be withdrawn pendingthe decision of the Owner. Bids must include a minimum of three (3) references and the Company must have five (5) years experience with commercial accounts.
