Description The scope of work includes but not limited to new and replacement of loading dock equipment and associated electrical as shown on drawings and specified. 1. Replace existing auxiliary air type fume hoods with new variable air volume fume hoods. 2. Remove existing pneumatic fume hood controls with new DDC controls. 3. Provide new supplemental cooling systems including air cooled chiller and make-up air units to serve existing labs. 4. Modify existing air distribution systems to suit new fume foods. 5. Provide new metal ceilings in rooms with new air distribution. 6. Take walls up to underside of structure to isolate in rooms with new air distribution. 7. Providing electrical connections, disconnect switches, wire and conduit to all new mechanical equipment. 8. Providing a load letter and coordination with the utility company on a service upgrade. 9. Adjusting the main distribution panel's main circuit breaker from 600 to 1,000 amps. 10. Performing a short circuit coordination study and providing coordination curves for main breaker and chiller-3 new branch breaker only.
