Description

The Municipality’s goal is for the Assessment Study to be used to design improvements at 400 and 380 Witherspoon Street, as well evaluate other public properties for their suitability for public use, including an analysis of whether those other public properties can be developed or re-purposed to meet specific public or quasi-public needs not suitable for inclusion at 400 and 380 Witherspoon Street. The Assessment Study should incorporate existing needs and estimate the future needs projected out 10-15 years and evaluate options for renovation and new construction.
