| Description | Scope of Work: perform a minimum of monthly inspections and service during contract period on the existing elevators and chairlift (black box) at each campus / center / satellite location. The Contractor(s) shall keep all elevator equipment in peak performance, clean, safe and component wear tolerances within original design limits. Provide maintenance and adjustment in accordance with the original design and with the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations, related to replacement parts, maintenance, inspections, test and repairs: wiring diagrams, adjusting manuals and cleaning. |
