Tip Floor Repairs at Three MSW Transfer Stations: West Haverstraw (Bowline) Transfer Station, Hillburn Transfer Station, West Nyack (Clarkstown) Transfer Station. For Repairing Concrete Tip Floors at All Three Rockland Green Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Transfer Stations. A. The Contractor shall furnish and install materials, equipment, and labor for the following items, all in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and requirements of RFP-2022- 01. 1. Hillburn Transfer Station (HTS) a. Joint sealing within the tip floor area. b. Partial tip floor resurfacing in Bays 02-04 using a high strength concrete floor topping (approximately 2,400 sq. ft.). c. Modification and repairs to the existing 51-ft by 1-ft concrete trench drain area in the floor, including adjacent concrete resurfacing and frame and grate modifications. 2. Haverstraw (Bowline) Transfer Station (BTS) a. Joint and crack sealing within the tip floor area. 3. West Nyack (Clarkstown) Transfer Station (CTS) a. Joint sealing at the interface of the concrete tip floor and exterior concrete apron (overhead door locations). b. Partial tip floor resurfacing in Bays 02 - 03 using a high strength concrete floor topping (approximately 1,900 sq. ft.).
