The Owner reserves the right to withdraw Intent to Award Contract and reject all bids. Interested parties are invited to attend the meeting located at: Genesee City Hall 140 East Walnut Street Genesee - ID 83832 The work consists of all labor materials equipment and services necessary to provide sidewalk construction along Tamarack Street connecting the school to Chestnut Street as shown on the plans Genesee Idaho. A bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid proposal. (See Instructions to Bidders.): Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this project. (See instructions to Bidders and general conditions for further Bidder qualifications.): All work to be completed by December 20 2023. The work included in the total construction ofthe project shall include all labor, equipment, materials, products, accessories, special construction taxes, transportation, facilities and services, overhead and profit necessary and required for the entire project: Bid proposals shall provide a complete price for all work described below and any other work shown in the contract documents to be a part of the proposed work for the complete project.
