Apopka Airport Fuel System Upgrade

• Demolish and dispose of concrete around fuel island dispensers • Remove two (2) existing dispenser sumps • Cut back existing piping as needed • Furnish and install two (2) new dispenser sumps including entry boots, sheer valves, and flex lines • Replace underground piping and reconnect all system components • Test and coordinate inspections with FDEP • Backfill and pour a minimum of 4” of 3000 psi Fiber Mesh concrete to match original condition • Restore entire site • Provide two new dispenser pumps and hoses with all components designed for the specified fuel systems (Jet Fuel and Aviation Gas, respectively) • Set dispensers, startup, purge lines, including line test • Provide line leak detection system including all electrical components, wiring, conduit, etc. as needed to ensure a fully functional system • Fuel Master is the software provider for fuel management purposes.
