Construction of The Perryville Railroad Monument Sign Including Landscaping and Solar Spotlighting

The contractor will supply all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision to construct a 12' Long x 5'4" High x 2' Deep brick monument sign with required foundation/footers. The sign is to have 24" brick columns on wither side, capped with white capstones. A Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) 1918 keystone, to be provided by Town, which is 6' Long x 2" High is to be mounted between the columns. On one side of the monument sign mount a bronze plaque that s 5/16" thick and 18" x20 " engraved with the railroad history in Perryville. The Town will provide a copy for the plaque, but the contractor is to provide the plaque and have it engraved and mounted. Construct a landscaping planting area around the monument sign including providing and planting all of the plants and initial mulching of the planting area. Provide and install solar spot lights to illuminate the sign.
