| Description | Ott Park Off-Road Trail Improvements. The City of North Little Rock encourages participation from MBE/ DBE/ WBE and SBA vendors. The Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The work is generally described as follows Construction of a 2,300 LF Off-Road trail. Bid security in amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Proposal must accompany each proposal as described in the ''Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with the provisions of the specifications and other Contract Documents will be considered invalid and may not receive consideration. The right is reserved by the City of North Little Rock to Reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive informalities in bids received. |
