Description

The scope of work consists of shoulder widening, reconstructing weakened pavement areas; cold planing; resurfacing; removing existing pavement markers, traffic signs and guardrails ; installing new pavement markers, traffic signs and guardrails, concrete gutter, hydro-mulch seeding, cleaning existing culvert and drainage structures; and dressing of shoulders. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor's A , license at the time of bidding. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
