Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information Amendment 0007 - THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELED IN ITS ENTIRETY Project Title: Defense Logisitics Agency (DLA) Site Improvements, Fort Meade, Maryland. There are significant site improvements proposed for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) facility, Fort Meade, MD. These site improvements include the construction of retaining walls to expand the existing west storage driveway ramp for truck turning radius and the existing western parking lot to add roll-off docks, the addition of a pre-engineered storage shed and highway trailer scales, radiation monitors, the construction of covered loading docks at building 77, the installation of a buried oil/water tank separator, replacement of the entrance and exits gates, rehabilitation of existing pavements and construction of new pavements for truck staging, correct site drainage, and provide maintenance and redevelopment of stormwater management (SWM) facilities. Bid Opening Bids will be opened after bid submission time has expired and the Government has had time to download and organize the bids from the SAFE site. No Government officials will open electronic documents until the Independent Government Estimate is finalized and received by the Bid Opening Official. BID SUBMISSION TIME: 11:00 AM EST on 28 July 2022 The bid opening will be conducted via public conference call. The Bid Opening Official will then read the line item prices and total for each submission. Please be considerate of limited Government resources and request bid copies only as necessary. To conserve conference line stability, bidders are asked to limit the number of individual calls to the conference line to the minimum, needed for participation. The bid opening will proceed as scheduled even if the individual bidders or members of the public are not able to access the telephone line at the bid opening time. Any interested party may access the results of the bid opening on www.beta.SAM.gov shortly after the bid opening. INFORMATIONAL TEXT CONSTRUCTION DURATION The anticipated duration for this procurement is 730 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The estimated magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
