| Description | As of July 18, 2023, the project has been cancelled by the owner. At this time, it has not been confirmed if the project will be rebid. All Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond, or a certified check made payable to the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The Bid Bond or certified check must be enclosed in the envelope with the sealed bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each up to a sum of $150,000.00 and provide insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The payment and performance bond amounts are subject to change for each renewal option. It is the intent of Gwinnett County to award this contract to multiple contractors.
