Post Frame Storage Buildings

Project scope consists of but is not limited to site work and new construction of post frame storage buildings. As of October 11, 2022, the general contractor has been selected. Information regarding subcontract opportunities has not been disclosed, however the content staff will continue to seek this information. A firm timeline to construction has not been announced, but is anticipated to begin in November 2022.

Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Fire Protection Specialties.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Loading Dock Equipment, Loading Dock Bumpers, Stationary Loading Dock Equipment, Portable Dock Equipment, Loading Dock Lights.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression, Instrumentation and Control for Fire-Suppression Systems.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Interior Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Exit Signs, Exterior Lighting, Lighting Poles and Standards, Parking Lighting, Flood Lighting.
Division 27 -	Communications.
