Parklot Surface Parking at West Village - Demo 300 and 600 Court

Scope of Work: Demo of the 300 & 600 courts of West Village. This consists of eight buildings total. The fence will be in place from abatement so contractor will take over responsibility of maintaining the fence around the site. The temporary road that is installed by abatement contractor will have to be maintained by demo contractor. Construction Constraints: The Demo contractor will take responsibility/ maintaining of the fence that will be in place around the site. The fence will already be in place from the abatement contractor. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the temporary road that will be created through the abatement contractor. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
