Description

provide Architectural/Engineering Services for a prototype single or multistory elementary school for Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS). The RFP follows a two-tract proposal option: • In Tract 1, the Architectural/Engineering firm may submit a proposal for a new single or multi-story elementary school prototype designed in conjunction with CCPS requirements. • In Tract 2, the Architectural/Engineering firm may submit a proposal for a single or multistory prototype elementary school from its own “as-built” portfolio, for review and evaluation by CCPS. Under this Tract the A/E firm should plan to provide customization, site adaptation and other design services for the selected “as-built” prototype submittal. Up to four (4) “as-built” prototypes may be submitted under the Tract 2 proposal option.
