| Description | The purpose of the AV system is to provide a HD video production of the Council Meetings in the Chamber and augment the existing in-house audio system. The video system shall include 4 pan-tilt-zoom cameras and necessary switching hardware to facilitate video production, recording, and streaming. The video system shall include two displays to replace in house CRT television flanking the room. Meeting agnostic video conferencing capability shall be provided in the Council Chamber. This shall allow Zoom/Teams style video conferencing from an existing room PC. The audio system shall include wireless microphones for the council tables and new wired microphones at the dais to provide better in-house audio and clean audio for video production. Speakers shall be added to the Chamber in a mix-minus configuration. |
