| Description | Goals - MBE: 9% - 12% and WBE: 6% - 9%. The Work covers the repair, installation, or restoration of any type of exterior building work that exists, at various City facilities, on an as-needed basis. Drawings and/or technical specifications will be provided on a per-project basis. The Work selected by the City for performance under this contract will be of an emergency or time-sensitive nature. All work performed under this contract must be executed expeditiously. Exterior/Site Work: All the Work indicated in the drawings and all the Work indicated in the specifications and as follows, except as specifically indicated to be performed by another prime contractor. All the Work including administrative and managerial procedures included in Divisions 0 and 1 indicated to be the Work of this Contract. |
