Bids must be received at the Township Office prior to the time noted. Contracts are subject to prevailing wage requirements. No refund for returned documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township of Upper St. Clair. Crack Sealing specifications are available at the Public Works Building at no charge The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
