Use of these devices shall be at the option of the Contractor. The intent of this project is to perform bridge deck overlay and other repairs to S.N. 010-0039 in order to improve the ride and extend the service life of the existing bridge deck. Appropriate measures shall be taken by the Contractor to preserve the surrounding environment and to provide maximum protection to the public while minimizing its disruption and inconvenience.
