Room 103 - removal of wallpaper above chair rail and prep for painting 3. Room 103 - prime existing paneling below chair rail and prep for painting 4. Room 100 - removal of wallpaper below chair rail and prep for painting 5. Room 101 - removal of wallpaper below chair rail and prep for painting 6. Finish painting of walls and trim in selected areas as shown on map 7. Provide all paint and materials (Sherwin Williams colors to be provided) 8. Proper clean-up and disposal of trash |
