| Description | Hillsdale community schools (rcs) will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified contractors for the project: 2023 hvac upgrades - various schools. The work involves the removal and installation of heating equipment and supporting electrical systems at various schools. One prime contractor will be awarded for all of the work. The project includes removal and replacement of the following: 1. Various heating equipment in approximately 20 classrooms, 2. Ceiling hung cabinet unit heaters in approximately 6 locations 3. Kitchen make up air units at 2 locations. 4. The addition of 10 air cooled condensing units. |
