Description

DCAMM Certificate Building 6 demolition and utilities relocation: controlled demolition of one and one half (1½ ) story brick building structure; proper disposal of all building contents inclusive of waterworks, mechanical and electrical equipment; abatement of asbestos, pcb and mercury containing materials inside building; removal and proper disposal of existing underground and above ground diesel tanks; proper disposal of abandoned standby generator; providing new electrical ductbanks, electrical switchgear, handholes and electrical manholes; remove and relocate existing 1500 kw electric generator; installing and relocating security wall sections; installing chain-link-fencing with barbed wire; new stormwater drainage; new fire fighting foam (afff).
