Description

New Walpole Middle School is a three-story, 162,193 gsf building that will serve the full town population of 905 students in grades 6-8. The main entrance is on the ground floor with three-story classroom wings. Administration, auditorium, cafeteria, and kitchen with gym and media center on the second floor. Targeting Net-Zero ready construction w/ VRF mechanical systems and pursuing LEED Silver. Phasing and logistics are an important consideration for this project as the new school will be built on a small existing occupied school site.
