Description

Occoquan Forest SPS #36 Replacement - 10820 Split Rail Drive, Manassas, VA 20112 1. Partial abandonment and demolition of existing Sewage Pump Station #36, 2. Demolition of abandoned water treatment facility (2 wells), well #1 and well #4, 3. Demolition of abandoned Well #2 (2 wells) and abandoned Well #5, 4. Construction of a suction lift sewage pump station and associated yard piping, 5. Permitting and installation of precast manufactured building, including the design and installation of wood truss roof, 6. Installation of approximately 3,750 feet of 6-inch diameter sewer force main, 7. Installation of approximately 55 feet of 10-inch diameter gravity sewer and manholes, 8. Installation of approximately 120-feet of ¾-inch water main, 145-feet of 2-inch watermain, and 5-feet of 4-inch water main, 9. Trench restoration, and 10. Mill and overlay VDOT and Private Road as shown on the plans. Occoquan Forest SPS #37 Rehabilitation - 6202 Ramblewood Trail, Manassas, VA 20112 1. Removal of enclosure and modifications to concrete slab on existing Sewage Pump Station #37, 2. Cleaning and painting of existing pump, motors, and exposed piping, 3. Construction of a suction lift sewage pump station and associated yard piping, 4. Permitting and installation of precast manufactured building, including the design and installation of wood truss roof, and 5. Installation of approximately 55 feet of 4-inch diameter sewer force main. Nokesville SPS and Force Main Replacement: 1. (1) 6-ft diameter Pump Station/Wet well, 2. 14-foot by 12-foot Generator Building, 3. 4-ft x 6-ft Valve Vault, 4. 4-ft Cut-in Manhole for sewage bypass pumping, 5. Underground electrical duct bank from generator building to pump station, 6. Aproximately 1,500 feet of 4-inch PVC, 4-diameter manhole, air release valve, fittings and appurtenances, 7. Approximately 327 feet of 2-inch PVC, fittings and appurtenances, 8. Approximately 21 feet of 3-inch DIP, fittings and appurtenances, 9. Abandon existing pump station, 10. Convert existing wet well to mechanical grinder manhole, 11. Obtain VDOT Land Use Permit, 12. Mill and overlay VDOT and Private Road as shown on the plans, 13. Restoration of landscape, fencings and property as required, and 14 Temporary services if needed to perform work
