Contractural Inspector Services

The Project work includes to provide professional inspection services of building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical construction documents to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal codes enforced by the City. Inspector may be asked to examine both residential and commercial plans on an as-needed, individual basis and authorize approval of the plans for issuance of construction permits.Performs routine and complex inspections of city buildings under construction, alteration, or repair to ensure compliance with building, housing, and zoning codes.
