Site work and renovation of a civil project in Frederick, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project. Stormwater Pump station #3 Upgrade Construct an approximately 3,750 sq. ft. brick and block building on top of Pumping Station No. 3; remove electrical controls from the dry well below grade and reinstall inside the new building; install a backup level sensor that will provide continuous remote data on water levels in the pumping station wet well.
