| Description | A Bid Bond will be required for contracts that are more than $100,000. The successful bidder for a project over $100,000 will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Payment and Performance Bond. Each contractor submitting a proposal must hold a license to operate in the State of Tennessee. All contractors and subcontractors must be licensed in accordance with TCA 62-6-119. Bidders must provide all contractors' and subcontractors' current licenses with bid. CHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any abnormalities in the bids. |
