Design, Project Management and Construction Services Utilize existing design plans/specifications for digester rehabilitation to establish modified scope of work. Develop the documents as necessary to design a complete installation and/or rehabilitation. Coordinate outage, access, equipment locations, and construction activities with the Village. Jobsite Safety. Construction documentation. Provide commissioning of the digester and startup assistance. Maintain budget and schedule. Remove sludge from the digester – quantity determined in the conceptual stage. Repair Concrete in the Digester. Furnish and install digester cover and interior concrete coating systems. Furnish and install digester cover repair. Furnish and install gas piping and valves. Other construction activity as established in design process.
