Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bryant, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project. The project includes 2.5 miles of roadway construction on new alignment and 693 feet of new bridge construction. The major items of work include, but are not limited to 693 L.F. of bridge construction, 12,889 L.F. of roadway construction including 93,198 C.Y. of Embankment Construction, 54,411 C.Y. of Unclassified Excavation, 78,568 C.Y. of Undercut Excavation, 72,832 C.Y. of Undercut Backfill, 30,604 Tons of Aggregate Base Course, 18,071 Tons of ACHM Surface and Binder Course, 26,091 Tons of Stone Fill, 4,043 L.F. of R.C. Pipe, a Triple 5'x3' R.C. Box Culvert, 9,690 L.F. of Airport Perimeter Fence, and 8,091 L.F. of Curb and Gutter as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
