Zionsville Road Trailhead

All interested contractors, manufacturers and suppliers are encouraged to attend. Award will be at a public meeting of the Zionsville Park and Recreation Board at a future date to be determined. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: "Zionsville Road Trailhead" The will be a lump sum project and shall include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading, earthwork, new asphalt trail, concrete sidewalk, restroom building, signage, utilities, site furniture, and planting. The Zionsville Park and Recreation Board and the Town of Zionsville reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process. Bids may be held for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for purpose of awarding the Contract. A Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond and signed Non-collusion Affidavit shall be submitted with the bid and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a Payment Bond shall be delivered to the owner within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded.
