June Ave. to N Kentucky Ave. with additional work on N Jonathan Ave. and N Kansas Ave. near the Kenroy Elementary School. Project elements include: sidewalks on both sides of the street and buffer strips; raised intersections; crosswalks and ADA ramps; illumination; storm drainage, utility adjustments, utility relocations, cement concrete driveways, HMA driveways, landscape, irrigation, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Sterling Intermediate SRTS (Schedule B) - The project is generally located along 5th Street from N. Grover Pl. to N. James Ave. and along N. James Ave. from 5th Street NE to 8th Street NE. Project elements include: sidewalks, bike lanes; raised intersection; raised crosswalks; crosswalks and ADA ramps; illumination; rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB's), storm drainage, utility adjustments, cement concrete driveways, HMA driveways, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. East Wenatchee Water District Domestic Water Improvements (Schedule C) - The project is generally located along 5th Street NE from N. June Ave. to N Kentucky Ave. with additional work on N Jonathan Ave. and N Kansas Ave. near the Kenroy Elementary School. Project elements include: removal and abandonment of existing water improvements, new domestic water system installation, pipes, valves, services, ADA ramp, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Locally Funded Improvements (Schedule D) - The project is generally located west side of N. Kansas Ave. near the Kenroy Elementary School. Project elements include: sidewalk, concrete driveway, HMA, illumination, utility coordination and resolution of utility conflicts, remove and replace chain link fence, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Locally Funded Improvements also include utility coordination items that apply to project areas for Schedule A, B, and D but are paid entirely under Schedule D. Est.
