Memorial High School Drainage Improvement Project

The Memorial High School Drainage Improvement Project includes Improving the drainage in five (5) separate green space areas in the front of the school between the building and the parking lot. The limits of this project begin at the main entrance and heads southwest to the end of the building/drive. Inside the limits of the project 7 trench drains are to be installed at various locations. The base bid is for a premanufactured trench drains and the alternate is for a constructed in place trench drains. Contractor shall sawcut the existing sidewalk, haul off any debris and install the trench per manufacture’s details in accordance. At the drive at the southwest end of the building the existing curb is to be V-notched in one location. The 5 separate green space areas are to be stripped of existing grass and small trees and hauled off by the Contractor. The 5 separate areas are to be regraded to the new trench drains and the V-notch in accordance. After final grading the 5 separate green space areas are to be sodded/seeded. The L/M/WBE goals 25%
