A general description of the work includes: removal of existing bituminous pavement, salvage of existing stone wall, and site grading to construct overlook. Overlook construction includes concrete retaining wall, concrete walk (integral color, var. depth), concrete stairs and railing, limestone pavers, limestone blocks, crushed limestone surface, flagpole, and site amenities. Site restoration includes turf establishment and landscape plantings.
