As-Needed Electrical Services

To provide labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision for all services performed in a professional manner and to the current version of the International Building Code specifications. The successful service provider shall provide a full range of electrical services on an as needed basis including, but not limited to inspections, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, repairs, testing, and/or replacement of: • Conduit, wiring, junction boxes, fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or replace existing installations. • Panel/Breaker installation/replacement • Electrical systems; • Motors; • Pumps; • Transformers; • Relays and other facilities or trails equipment • New equipment; • Work associated with renovations; • Landscape, Park and Ride and Bus Stop lighting; • Heat tap • Power and control wiring; • Complete load analysis; • Residential improvements and/or replacement systems; • Underground locates • Concrete Snowmelt Systems; • Emergency services
