The project will consist of and expansion of an existing apartment complex by adding three new buildings of eight apartments each. A full scope of work has not been disclosed. As of August 23, 2022, this project is in planning however, it is on hold. The project is subject to zoning approval from New Castle County. No applications or building permits have been submitted. Architect and general contractor selection information has not yet been disclosed.
