The project scope will involve the design, bid, and construction for Parking Lots 14 & 15 Improvements, at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD. The project will include demolition and reconstruction of parking lots 14 & 15, south of the Fine Arts Building, on University Street. The project will include new utilities, earthwork, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, lighting, striping, and signage. The construction budget for the project is $900,000 but be advised this number is subject to change. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
