The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Forestry Program will be accepting sealed bids for a period of two (2) weeks for labor only, to erect metal commercial Building. (Contact Person: Ken Haukaas., RST Forestry Program, Office number 605-747-2575, M-F 8 to 5, Cell Number (605) 319-1427) The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or accept any bids or combination thereof which appears to serve the best interest of the tribe. Award of the project will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Business regulatory requirements. Bidders must provide proof of suspension and debarment certification. Bidders must possess a Rosebud Sioux Tribe Business License.
