Description | Upgrade the camera system and cabling in the Department of Corrections. All bids must include labor, shipping and installation, disposal of packing material, disposal of the old item being replaced, unless otherwise stated: bid shall include a dumpster if needed for the disposal of items. repair of any damage to any surrounding area that may occur while in the act of replacing the installed item, and any and all fees. Performance bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract sum will be required of the successful bidder. Bonds must be written by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Hampshire. The Project will entail: Remove all old cameras and pulling out all out coaxial cable from conduits. Install new cameras at current locations, and adding more camera coverage. We currently have 64-70 cameras that need to be replaced. Type of camera (PTZ or stationary) and lens type will depend on location. Install Cat 5/6 cable and connectors. Install switch(es) large enough to handle all cameras. Install new Monitor displays for Control & Booking. Provide joysticks/controllers for remote control of the PTZs Provide full documentation and training on the use, care and interfacing with the switches. Proprietary equipment will not be considered. All passcodes must be left at the default factory settings and those passcodes must be provided to the customer at the completion of the project. No means of locking out future service providers will be allowed. Any future material needs and/or technical services shall be able to be completed by any vendor the customer chooses. The Bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be the most advantageous to the county, price, and other factors considered. The County will make the determination. The County reserves the right at any time to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to award portions of the bid, and to award contracts consistent with the County and the laws governing the State of New Hampshire. Normal payment terms are net thirty (30) days after receipt of invoice by the finance department. |
