Construct new 48-inch diameter sewer from the corner of Ramsdell Street and 5th Street, south down Ramsdell Street, and east down 7th Street to High Street. At the corner of 7th Street and High Street, the sewer will run southeast across vacant land and then northeast to the WWTP site.
