2021 Renovation Work

1. At Green Bay Early Childhood Center, RenovationWork to provide; space reconfiguration, ADA accessibility, fixture replacement, piping revisions, mechanical revisions, doors, frames, hardware, LED light fixtures, ceramic wall tile, carpet tile, sheet vinyl flooring, lay-in ceiling system and new finishes within reconfigured school office. 2. At Green Bay Early Childhood Center, Exterior improvements of access stairs, ADA accessible ramp, masonry, concrete, steel framed canopy, roofing and associated site improvements. 3. At Green Bay Early Childhood Center and North Chicago Community High School,Work to implement various Life Safety Improvements 4. The Work includes associated demolition, general, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical construction modifications as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
