Description

Project Description: An existing pump house adjacent to the Complex Irrigation Lake will be remodeled and upgraded. Removal and demo of existing equipment is included. Removal and reinstallation of the pumphouse roof, if necessary, will be included. The existing pump skid will be removed and saved for owner. Any demo debris, except items saved for Owner, and all other construction debris will be disposed of by Contractor. Installation of the new pump equipment is detailed in the RM Pump Specs and Drawings. Included will be the underground connection of the discharge piping to an existing mainline and a main line which will be installed prior to pumphouse remodel. These connections will be in close proximity to the pump house, with exact locations to be determined.
