| Description | WORK UNDER THE CONTRACT A. The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents. COMMENCEMENT OF WORK A. The Contractor must commence the Work enabled by the issuance of a permit within ten continuous calendar days of the issuance of the permit. If the Work does not commence within the ten (10) continuous calendar day milestone, future allowances, if any, for delays agreed to by the Authority will be reduced by a number of days equal to the number of days between the ten continuous calendar day milestone date and the actual start date. $500,001 - $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
