Tribal Facilities Painting Services at Building & Grounds

The Tribe is requesting bids from qualified contractors for painting services needed on the Big Cypress and Immokalee Reservations, in accordance with the specifications listed in this solicitation. The provision of these services shall include, as described in this solicitation, a) pressure cleaning, stucco/hardee board repair(s), b) decorative accent replacement of the existing walls for each tribal facility; c) painting of walls and trim; and d) removal and disposal of debris and trash from jobsite. The Tribe reserves the right to rescind an award or eliminate any submission should the awardee or bidder have poor or unsatisfactory performance in performing similar or dissimilar services for the Tribe in the past. The awarded Contractor(s) will be required to enter into a formal agreement for these services after award. The Tribe reserves the right to rescind an award should the awardee be considered, in the Tribe’s sole opinion, to be inflexible in its agreement negotiations.
