*As of April 03, 2023, project is now under construction. Construction started a couple weeks ago. The GC is still currently receiving bids privately. Construction is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2024. Scope of project includes a development and construction of the Fishers Event Center and master improvements includes but not limited to earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving and curbs, concrete structures, precast concrete, structural steel and ice rink systems.
