Description Scope to include the following Replacement of 47 existing windows with Harvey Majesty Double Hung (specification sheets provided) window units with bronze aluminum clad exterior, natural pine interior, low E glass with Argon gas, window locks, matching color half screens with charcoal mesh, 2" jamb depth and through jamb installation. Includes removal and proper disposal of all existing windows specified for replacement, furnish and install new units, breakmetal work at curved top openings, stain interior windows to match existing (owner to work with contractor on color) and appropriate colored perimeter caulking.
