Description

Project Awarded to Dudek The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is accepting proposals from qualified Offerors for a consultant to provide a Community Forest Master Plan to guide the Town in improving inventorying, maintenance and management practices of its community trees, improve ordinances relating to tree preservation and planting efforts during land development, provide canopy coverage goals for different parts of Town, develop storm/disaster plan and solicit public input to guide these elements. More information on this can be found within the solicitation. This project is funded in part through the Urban and Community Forestry Grant #2019-2021-U03 awarded by the South Carolina Forestry Commission on behalf of the USDA Forest Service.
